For Western Union payments, follow this guide to make sure your money gets to where it needs to go.

1) You can go to the Western Union office, visit the Western Union website, or use Western Union Mobile app to send money online. Nearest Western Union Office, Send Money Online on Western Union website.
2) Fill out the form with the information we send in the email ‘Customer Note’. You will receive the Receiver’s First Name, Last Name, and Country in this e-mail. You can also see the total amount you should transfer in this e-mail.
3) Please share your MTCN and related order number by sending an e-mail to [email protected] After your payment confirmed, we will ship your order immediately!

How to pay with MoneyGram?

For MoneyGram payments, follow this guide to make sure your money gets to where it needs to go.

1) You can go to the MoneyGram office, visit the MoneyGram website, or use MoneyGram Mobile app to send money online. Nearest Moneygram Office, Send Money Online on MoneyGram website.

3) Please share your MoneyGram reference number and related order number by sending an e-mail to [email protected] After your payment confirmed, we will ship your order immediately!

I placed my order. How can I see payment details?

Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email with payment information. You can check your orders in the ‘My Orders’ menu. Through the dedicated link on the ‘My Account’ page, you can see the status of your orders.

I have not received my payment confirmation.

If you have not received an payment confirmation email,check your spam mail. If you still cant see it, most likely the email address you entered was invalid.Please check the email address

I have paid. But I have not received email.

If you have not received one saying “payment confirmation”, please contact us and we will get it resolved for you.

How do I contact Customer Service about payment?

Sign in to your account and go to My Account->Submit Ticket. After selecting the department (Payment or Order), and writing the subject (Order Number) and message, submit a ticket by clicking on the button “Submit Ticket”.
